Wiley and Educational Testing Service announce new agreement Publisher John Wiley & Sons, Inc., has been announced as the new publisher of research reports from Educational Testing Service (ETS), the non-profit educational assessment and research organisation. From January 2014, the ETS Research Report series will be available on Wiley Online Library. The new agreement will provide courtesy access for a period of three years.
