Russia's Ministry of Education and Science selects Elsevier's SciVal Strata to assess Russia's research performance STM publisher Elsevier has reached an agreement with Russia's Ministry of Education and Science to provide access to SciVal Strata for the assessment of Russia's Research Performance. Access to SciVal Strata, a performance benchmarking tool within Elsevier's SciVal suite of research management solutions, builds on the Russian Government's previously granted access to Elsevier's SciVal Spotlight and Scopus.
