Elsevier and Russia's Ural Federal University sign license agreement for Pure STM publisher Elsevier has reached an agreement with Russia's Ural Federal University (UrFU) to provide its researchers, faculty members and management with access to Pure, a research information management system to enable evidence-based decisions, promote collaboration, simplify administration and optimize impact.
