The Web of Science Group reveals annual Citation Laureates of 'Nobel Class' The Web of Science Group, part of Clarivate Analytics, has named 19 world-class researchers from seven countries as Citation Laureates. These are researchers whose work is deemed to be 'of Nobel class', as demonstrated by analysis carried out by the Institute for Scientific Information (ISI). ISI analysts examine research publications with very high citation tallies recorded in the Web of Science citation index. More Search for more news in this Category Search for more news in this Theme Wiley and the American Dental Education Association announce new publishing partnership Publisher John Wiley and Sons Inc. has announced its selection by the American Dental Education Association (ADEA) to publish its esteemed journal, the Journal of Dental Education (JDE). Wiley will assume publishing responsibility for the JDE in January 2020. The JDE is a peer-reviewed monthly journal that publishes a wide variety of educational and scientific research in dental, allied dental and advanced dental education. Spanning the next five years, it coincides with the launch of a partnership innovation lab, bringing together some of the best minds from BMJ and HighWire to explore future initiatives in scholarly publishing. BMJ has been a HighWire customer since 2005 and this new five year contract marks the third generation of renewal. World Health Organization: Picturing Health for All features a selection of images drawn from the NLM Prints & Photographs collection, which highlights some of the World Health Organization (WHO)'s work in the 20th century. More Search for more news in this Category Search for more news in this Theme VSU's James LaPlant appointed as Editor-in-Chief of Undergraduate Research Journal Valdosta State University's Dr. James LaPlant was recently appointed to an extended term as editor-in-chief of the peer-reviewed scholarly journal 'Scholarship and Practice of Undergraduate Research,' published by the Council on Undergraduate Research. LaPlant, dean of the College of Humanities and Social Sciences and professor of political science at VSU, has been involved with the journal as either a division editor or issue editor since 2004. He became editor-in-chief in 2014 and was reappointed to a second term in 2017. This latest reappointment will extend his term through June 2021.
