IHS and Oxford University Press in deal to bring authoritative engineering reference books to broad engineering community IHS Inc., a global source of critical information and insight, and Oxford University Press (OUP) recently announced that a collection of authoritative engineering reference books from OUP have been integrated into the IHS cloud-based technical research solution.
