Wolters Kluwer Health and Amirsys expand partnership to add two additional clinical anatomy and pathology image databases

Information services provider Wolters Kluwer Health has announced that it has expanded its partnership with Amirsys Inc. to offer two new clinical reference databases, the Amirsys Pathology Reference Center and the Amirsys Anatomy Reference Center, via the OvidSP medical research platform. The Amirsys Imaging Reference Center was released on OvidSP in March 2013.

Springer to publish two renowned mathematics journals from Vietnam

STM publisher Springer has announced that it will publish two prestigious mathematics journals from Vietnam - Acta Mathematica Vietnamica and the Vietnam Journal of Mathematics. Both journals, established publications in their field, will be available electronically on SpringerLink and in print.

OSEO's new Restoration module to contain works by authors principally active between 1660 and 1700

Oxford Scholarly Editions Online (OSEO), a publishing initiative from Oxford University Press, has launched a Restoration module that will contain works by authors principally active between 1660 and 1700, and will add to OSEO's growing database of cutting edge scholarly editions. The Restoration module includes many of the period's seminal works.

OSA and Scholarly iQ issue COUNTER Release 4 compliant usage reports for OSA journals

The Optical Society (OSA) and Scholarly iQ has announced that OSA's usage statistics for its portfolio of peer-reviewed journals have been upgraded and are now available using the new COUNTER Release 4 (R4) standards. These new standards, like the ones already in place, have been accepted by the scientific publishing industry worldwide and govern the recording and exchange of online usage data.
