Searchable database Antibodypedia catalogues over half a million antibodies The Antibodypedia, a searchable database of publicly available antibodies hosted in collaboration with NPG, now catalogues over 500,000 individual antibodies that collectively detect 88 percent of the proteins encoded by the human genome. It also holds the results of nearly 145,000 experiments performed with these antibodies.
