SPIE and Chinese Laser Press partner to launch new OA journal - Advanced Photonics SPIE, the international society for optics and photonics, and Chinese Laser Press (CLP), sponsored by Shanghai Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics and the Chinese Optical Society, have entered into a partnership for a new journal, Advanced Photonics. This will be a highly selective, open access, international journal, publishing innovative fundamental and applied research in optics, photonics, and related fields. Under the terms of the Austria Open Access Publishing Framework Agreement, the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria (FH Oberösterreich / FH OÖ) will cover article processing charges for eligible authors in any of the Frontiers journals.
