EDS-Koha helps National Institute of Water and Atmospheric Research users access library resources in easy and user-friendly way |
National Institute of Water and Atmospheric Research (NIWA) in New Zealand launched the EBSCO Discovery ServiceTM API with Koha in April 2014 and is quickly finding success. NIWA sought to implement the EDS API from EBSCO Information Services into their existing Koha – an open source library management system - to minimize change to the library user experience. The integration not only created positive feedback but the library has measured a 10 percent increase in traffic of library resources. More

Library automation solutions provider Ex Libris Group has announced that Texas Tech University has selected the Ex Libris Alma resource management solution. SirsiDynix and Wheelers are working together to bring thousands of eBooks directly to a library's catalogue.
