Springer to publish new OA journal in collaboration with the State Grid Electric Power Research Institute in China STM publisher Springer has announced that it is publishing a new open access journal in collaboration with the State Grid Electric Power Research Institute (SGEPRI) in China. The Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy will be fully sponsored by the Chinese research institute and will function as its official journal. Content from Cairn.info includes 370 French-language academic journals with 150,000 articles. Coverage dates back to 2001.
