Publishers Weekly and O'Reilly Tools of Change collaborate to launch Author (R)evolution Day conference O'Reilly Media's Tools of Change and Publishers Weekly recently launched a new conference called Author (R)evolution Day aimed at professional authors, content creators, agents and other independent author services providers.
