Future 3D classrooms, Africa Day to be featured at Frankfurt Book Fair

Frankfurt Book Fair has announced that in Hall 4.2, visitors can witness 3D classes for future students. On the Thursday of the fair, LitCam will celebrate Africa Day (Hall 3.1, L125) to highlight educational projects in the townships and African cuisine, along with digital strategies.

Over 18,000 geological maps from SEPM integrated into Elsevier's Geofacets

STM publisher Elsevier and the Society for Sedimentary Geology (SEPM) have announced the integration of more than 18,000 geological maps from SEPM into Elsevier's web-based research tool, Geofacets. As a result of adding maps from SEPM, Geofacets now houses over 225,000 maps providing essential information to geoscientists.

Future Science Ltd, part of Future Science Group, has announced that Therapeutic Delivery has been accepted for coverage by MEDLINE. MEDLINE - the Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online - is a premier bibliographic database containing about 13 million references to journal articles in life sciences. The system is maintained by the US National Library of Medicine.

OCLC Research scientist Dr. Lynn Silipigni Connaway elected to ASIS&T Board of Directors
