Elsevier announces new concept methods journal: MethodsX STM publisher Elsevier has announced a new concept methods journal: MethodsX. By providing a home for often unpublished records, MethodsX allows researchers to receive public credit and citations for that work without spending time writing a full, traditional research article. The new discovery experience is the result of a data exchange agreement signed in 2013 by OCLC and ProQuest to enhance library discovery for users of WorldCat Discovery Services and the ProQuest Central full-text database.
