Elsevier launches new open access journal on general respiratory medicine

STM publisher Elsevier has announced the launch of Respiratory Medicine Case Reports, a new online open access journal on general respiratory medicine that is dedicated to publishing case reports. Respiratory Medicine Case Reports has been created to publish case reports previously submitted to its sister journal, Respiratory Medicine.

Library Copyright Alliance promotes copyright exceptions at WIPO meet

At WIPO's Copyright and Related Rights Standing Committee session in Geneva, the Library Copyright Alliance is advocating copyright exceptions for libraries, education and for people with print disabilities. LCA is carrying the message that such exceptions ensure a vibrant arena for the use of creative works.
