Nature has won a case brought against it by Mohamed El Naschie. In 2008, Nature published an article questioning the lack of peer review at Chaos, Solitons and Fractals, which at the time was edited by El Naschie. El Naschie sued Nature for damaging his reputation. More

HathiTrust, Authors Guild file motions for summary judgment in digitisation suit |
