Springer and the Scottish Higher Education Digital Library Consortium sign licensing agreement STM publisher Springer and the Scottish Higher Education Digital Library Consortium (SHEDL) recently signed an agreement for access to electronic journal subscriptions and eBooks on Springer's platform SpringerLink.
