O'Reilly and Intel announce speaker lineup for 2019 Artificial Intelligence Conference

Holden Thorp named Editor-in-Chief of the Science family of journals

Holden Thorp, a chemist and former provost at Washington University in St. Louis, has been named the next editor-in-chief of the Science family of journals by the Board of Directors of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS). Thorp will succeed Jeremy Berg, who joined AAAS in July 2016. Thorp, currently the Rita Levi-Montalcini Distinguished University Professor at Washington University, will become the 21st editor-in-chief of Science since the journal's inception in 1880 when his term begins on October 28, 2019.

Dr. José G. Merino to succeed Dr. Robert A. Gross as Editor-in-Chief of clinical neurology journal, Neurology

The American Academy of Neurology (AAN) has named a new Editor-in-Chief for its medical journal Neurology®, a clinical neurology journal. Dr. José G. Merino, Associate Professor, Department of Neurology, at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, will officially succeed Editor-in-Chief Robert A. Gross, who will complete his ten-year term in April 2020.
