Elsevier in deal with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan to offer ClinicalKey across 200 sites Elsevier, the information analytics business specialising in science and health, has announced an agreement with the Ministry of Health (MoH) of the Republic of Kazakhstan to implement its ClinicalKey reference solution in care settings across the nation. The deal will enable 200 points of access to Elsevier's database as of 2018. The journal, Human Arenas, will publish a mix of theoretical and empirical studies, focusing on the analysis and critical discussion of crucial, meaningful data. Submissions will be accepted from November 15, 2017, and the first issue will be published in spring 2018.
