Wiley launches content sharing pilot providing greater access to research

Publisher John Wiley & Sons Inc. has announced the launch of a content sharing pilot on Wiley Online Library. Content sharing will facilitate research collaboration by providing authors and subscribers with a simple tool for sharing free-to-read full-text articles with non-subscribers. In addition, the pilot will provide the public with greater access to the latest research discoveries when linking to Wiley articles from over 50 media outlets globally.

Elsevier in deal to provide University Office CRIS system IRMA access to Scopus data

University Office, an international leader in research management and administration applications and solutions, and STM publisher Elsevier have announced an agreement to provide the University Office CRIS system IRMA (Integrated Research Management Application) with access to data from Elsevier's Scopus, the largest abstract and citation database of peer-reviewed literature. IRMA is a web-based integrated research management system, which allows the comprehensive management of an organisation's research.

Wolters Kluwer to publish two new journals for the American College of Healthcare Executives

Wolters Kluwer, a global provider of information and point of care solutions for the healthcare industry, has been named publisher of two new journals - the Journal of Healthcare Management (JHM) and Frontiers of Health Services Management - by the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). The new partnership begins with the January/February 2017 issue of JHM, and the Spring 2017 issue of Frontiers.

The new CiteScore metric based on Scopus data has shown that 77% of Emerald's journals in Scopus' Business, Management & Accounting category rank in the top half of all its indexed titles. According to CiteScore, Emerald is the publisher with the most Business, Management & Accounting titles, with over 16% of the whole sector.

Five new Pensoft journals integrated with Dryad to improve data discoverability

Academic publisher Pensoft has strengthened its partnership with Dryad by adding its latest five journals to the list integrated with the digital repository. All authors who choose any of the journals published under Pensoft's imprint will now be able to opt for uploading their datasets on Dryad. At the click of a button, the authors will have their data additionally discoverable, reusable, and citable.
