Elsevier collaborates with Follett to expand access to digital offerings STM publisher Elsevier has announced a collaboration with Follett Higher Education Group, operator of more than 900 college and university stores across the US and Canada, to provide expanded access to more than 700 Pageburst digital titles through Follett's Digital Passcode Fulfillment (DPF) process. Follett is the provider of retail and wholesale bookstore services and course materials in North America.
