Scope e-Knowledge Center appoints Richard Kobel as Associate VP, Business Development

Scope eKnowledge Center (Scope), a leading provider of integrated knowledge services and solutions to the scientific and business community worldwide, has announced the appointment of Richard Kobel as Associate Vice President, Business Development for the North America region. In his new position, Richard (Rich) will report to Frank Stumpf, Board Advisor to Scope e-Knowledge Center.
