PLoS journals now optimised for tablets PLoS has announced that its journals are now optimised for tablets. In December 2012, PLoS redesigned its journals, and although these journals have always worked on tablets, they are now tailored to suit these devices as part of a continued roll-out of site enhancements. Quiz for Science is based on content and information available through ScienceDirect, Elsevier's database of scientific, full-text information. The virtual internships will span NLM's research and development initiatives and social media outreach.
