SpringerPlus journal passes 1,000 article submissions mark STM publisher Springer has announced that its SpringerPlus journal has passed an important milestone - more than 1,000 submissions by authors wishing to be published in the journal. SpringerPlus is published under the SpringerOpen brand, and is an interdisciplinary, fully open access (OA) publication. In June 2013, the UC Davis Library began sending public domain (out-of- copyright) books and journals to be digitised as part of UC's partnership in the Google Books Library Project.
