Elsevier announces reseller agreement with Healthcare Software Solutions STM publisher Elsevier has entered into an exclusive reseller agreement with Healthcare Software Solutions (HSS), the largest radiology information system (RIS) vendor in the UK, to sell Elsevier's STATdx solution. STATdx is an online imaging diagnostic decision support tool, into its customer/prospect base which includes NHS Trust's Radiology Departments within the UK.
