Dear Subscribers

It was a horrendous time early this week with the city's lung space shrinking considerably in the aftermath of cyclone Vardah as high-velocity winds brought down a large number of trees. Things are settling down with telecoms and power returning to normalcy and running with some intermittent issues. As a result, we were unable to despatch the newsletter on December 12 (Monday) and December 13 (Tuesday). The newsletter and the subsequent issues will contain all the headlines that have appeared after our last issue on December 9, 2016.
