Knowledge Unlatched partners with Scope to create MARC records Scope e-Knowledge Center (Scope), a leading provider of knowledge services and a Quatrro Global Services company, has announced its engagement with Knowledge Unlatched (KU), an Open Access facilitator headquartered in London. The objective of this engagement with Scope e-Knowledge is to create MARC records from input metadata available in XL spreadsheets, .mrc / .mrk and XML format files for the 78 new books Knowledge Unlatched hopes to 'unlatch' (make Open Access) in 2016.
