Elsevier announces publication of five new books on food and health including comprehensive encyclopedia STM publisher Elsevier has announced the publication of the globally oriented new title, Encyclopedia of Food and Health. The five-volume encyclopaedia provides readers with comprehensive coverage of a wide range of topics, from food production and processing to health effects. Elsevier also announced the publication of four additional food and health books. Doctoral candidates from 50 universities across the Asia Pacific will take part in the contest on 2 October 2015 at the University of Queensland, Australia.
