Over one third of Springer's open access journals now listed in 2015 Journal Citation Reports |
The Journal Citation Reports 2015® (JCR), recently released by Thomson Reuters, lists a total of 1,595 Springer journals, with 37 Springer journals joining the list for the first time. Significantly, in 2014, 82 percent of the Springer journals in the list were cited more frequently than in the previous year. Well over one half (57 percent) of Springer journals increased their impact factor in 2014 over the 2013 figure. More

Academic publisher SAGE has announced the purchase of three journals from Federal Legal Publications, Inc. including Contemporary Drug Problems (CDX), The Antitrust Bulletin (ABX), and The Journal of Psychiatry & Law (PLX).
