Taiwan has most citations per paper in educational research, says research |
Taiwan has produced the most-cited publications on educational research projects around the world during the past three years. A recently published research, conducted by Tseng Yuen-hsien, a research fellow and deputy head of National Taiwan Normal University's (NTNU's) Information Technology Center, shows that Taiwan led in the world in terms of the average number of times a research paper was cited by other scientific publications between 2010 and 2012.
