SAGE Publishing expands SAGE Video, adds new collections in Sociology and Criminology & Criminal Justice Academic publisher SAGE Publishing has expanded SAGE Video, its highly reviewed library of streaming videos across the social sciences, to include two new collections - Sociology and Criminology & Criminal Justice. Hosted on SAGE Knowledge platform and designed to enhance research, teaching, and learning at all levels, the new collections contain over 115 hours of streaming video content each, more than 65% of which is exclusive to SAGE. JCB is the official journal of The Crustacean Society, publishing research on all aspects of the biology of Crustacea and other marine arthropods. The grant program will award $100,000 in grants to libraries to develop innovative technology solutions that address the challenges academic libraries face. The EBSCO FOLIO Innovation Challenge grants will be awarded to projects that leverage the FOLIO codebase and address current opportunities in library technology. LBF sees more than 25,000 publishing professionals arrive in London for the event and this year, Digital Science's Director of Publishing Innovation Phill Jones, Overleaf's Cofounder John Hammersley and Altmetric's COO Kathy Christian, will be attending. The Fair is scheduled for March 14-16 at Olympia, West London. More Search for more news in this Category Search for more news in this Theme Scholarly Societies renew agreements with HighWire Press Scholarly publishing company HighWire Press has announced that several publisher clients recently signed multi-year agreements, ahead of schedule, to continue to use HighWire's open journal platform solutions (H20, JCore) and the BenchPress manuscript submission and peer-review tracking system. All five publishers currently host their journals on HighWire's H20 platform and plan to re-launch their journal programs on the flexible and scalable JCore platform, which can be adapted to meet unique program needs.
