Submissions for 2017 Reaxys PhD Prize now open

STM publisher Elsevier has announced that the 2017 Reaxys PhD Prize is open for submissions from young chemists from institutions worldwide. The deadline for submissions for the 2017 Reaxys PhD Prize is March 13. Applicants must be in a PhD program or have finished their PhD after January 1, 2016.

Wolters Kluwer to publish official journal of the Association of Rehabilitation Nurses - Rehabilitation Nursing

Health, medical, and research publisher Wolters Kluwer has announced a new publishing partnership to publish Rehabilitation Nursing, the official journal of the Association of Rehabilitation Nurses (ARN). The January/February issue of the journal, the first to be published by Wolters Kluwer, is currently available on the upgraded journal website- www.rehabnursingjournal.com.

BMJ partners with Cochrane Clinical Answers to boost knowledge at the point of care

Medical knowledge provider BMJ has teamed up with Cochrane Clinical Answers, a new resource from the Cochrane Library, to better deliver evidence and inform decision making at the point of care. As part of the deal, Cochrane Clinical Answers will be incorporated into BMJ Best Practice topics to give health professionals instant access to the highest-quality evidence for use in their daily practice.

CLOCKSS Archive announces trigger of two journals for open access

The CLOCKSS Archive has announced that BoneKEy Reports, published by Springer Nature on behalf of the International Bone and Mineral Society, and Tijdschrift voor tijdschrift¬studies (Journal for the Study of Periodical Media) published by Projectgroep Tijdschriftstudies and supported by Utrecht University Library Open Access Journals, have been triggered for open access by the CLOCKSS Board of Directors. The publications have been preserved in the CLOCKSS Archive and are available to the public for free via a Creative Commons license (http://www.clockss.org/clockss/Triggered_Content).
