Elsevier and the NCTE collaborate to strengthen educational system and promote long-term growth in science and innovation in Ghana STM publisher Elsevier has announced collaboration with the National Council for Tertiary Education (NCTE). This collaboration will provide nearly 45 thousand students and faculty at Ghana's 38 Colleges of Education with access to 2,000 books through ScienceDirect College Edition, Elsevier's full-text platform for research literature, tailored towards institutes of higher education.
