Elsevier announces expansion of Knovel Interactive Equations

More than 1,100 definitive equations across eight subject areas are now available through Knovel's powerful search engine and featuring interactivity unique to the Knovel platform. Knovel's fully integrated Math Solver enables engineers and scientists to access Knovel's interactive equations or build their own. Students, professors, as well as practicing engineers and managers worldwide have found the Math Solver useful for accelerating their work and simplifying collaboration with colleagues.

EBSCO Information Services appoints Faye LaCasse as Director of Product Marketing

Tennessee Tech and Community Colleges opt for Ex Libris Alma and Primo

Ex Libris®, a ProQuest® company, has announced that Tennessee Tech University and four affiliated community colleges—Motlow State, Pellissippi State, Roane State, and Volunteer State Community Colleges—have selected the Ex Libris Primo® discovery solution and Alma® resource management solution. These solutions will replace multiple systems, including Innovative Interfaces' Millennium.

Turner Publishing Company has acquired the publishing program of Basic Health Publications, Inc. effective December 31, 2015. Turner acquired the publishing rights, inventory and related assets for approximately 280 Basic Health titles. Terms were not disclosed.
