Publisher associations unveil safe harbour rules for use of out-of-commerce journals |
STM, ALPSP and PSP have issued rules for the digitisation of out-of-commerce copyright works. They have also granted a 'safe harbour' on behalf of publishers in the form of a waiver of claims for fees for use of works when the new rules are followed. More

CHILL selects EBSCO to provide health and medical information to libraries in Greater London |
Library resources provider EBSCO has announced that it has been selected as dual supplier of print and electronic serials subscriptions, packages and databases for CHILL, the Consortium of Independent Health Information Libraries in London.
